Turnaround & Restructuring

VANPRO, Forvia / Adient joint venture, Portugal, 2024–2026
General Manager of a €180M automotive seating joint venture with around 600 employees, appointed by the shareholders to execute a controlled restructuring and plant closure, while protecting shareholder value and customer continuity.
Saint-Jean Industries, France, 2016–2017
Plant General Manager of a €75M aluminium casting and machining site with around 600 employees. Restored manufacturing competitiveness and won Aston Martin as a new strategic customer.

International Growth & Greenfield Development

Le Bélier, Asia-Pacific Director, Dalian, China, 2017–2023
Tripled revenue from €60M to €160M between 2020 and 2022, while maintaining business continuity through the Covid-19 pandemic. Launched two greenfield plants, bringing the region to five production sites and around 1,500 employees. Expanded business across China, Japan and South Korea. The operating model built in Asia was adopted as the Group benchmark and deployed in Europe.

Multi-Site Performance

Le Bélier, Europe Director, Hungary, 2023–2024
Full P&L responsibility for €250M, 7 aluminium casting plants in France, Hungary, Romania and Serbia, and around 2,500 employees. Appointed by the CEO to deploy the Asia-Pacific operating model across Europe, harmonise leadership practices and strengthen industrial competitiveness.

Operational Excellence & Aerospace

Federal-Mogul, Hamilton Sundstrand, Forest-Liné, CETIM
Increased productivity by 35% through the integration of a high-speed engine valve seat line (Federal-Mogul, UK). Delivered the industrial automation of Airbus A400M propeller blade manufacturing (Hamilton Sundstrand). Commissioned high-precision aerospace machining centres and led industrial innovation projects, including robotic machining.
